Çırağan Palace Kempinski Hotel

2012 – completed 2018

After the reconstruction of the Palace and the construction of the Hotel in 1992, the first major renewal project in Çırağan Palace complex started in 2012. Teğet undertook the Design Brief Documentations, Urgent Infrastructure Projects and Construction Supervision with the statical, mechanical, electrical engineering and fire, infrastructure and environmental impact consultancies . We were responsible for, besides the renovation of the hotel and the palace, the restoration of a new water pavilion, construction of a new underground car parking, designing the temporary reception and service areas and seismic retrofitting of the hotel.
