With the addition of the academy to the YKB campus in Gebze, Kocaeli, an alternative working and living environment to the city was provided. Daily population of the campus reached approximately 4.500 people in total. Thus, an accommodation facility, which aims to increase the efficiency of time and money was proposed.

The project designed as a landscape element that undertakes more than one function at the same time. The accommodation block with 200 bedrooms connects two sides of the valley. It also includes social and administrative facilities. In that sense, YKB Hotel works both as a bridge building over the valley.
