The project is located in Riyadh, in the District of Al Hada, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Client, AB Group Company, intends to develop a class A+ residential compound over a land of 37.000 sqm. The land-use is calculated as 60% of this area, which allows ground floor + 1.5 floor construction. The total of 10.000 sqm is dedicated to amenities/ recreational areas (such as swimming pool, restaurant etc.) and technical support facilities. The remaining 45.000 sqm will be three house typologies: Detached villas (10 units), apartments (60%) and town houses (40%). Additionally, an underground car park is estimated to cover around 15.000 sqm area below the buildings.
