Project is located in Seferihisar, a coastal district of İzmir on a site that covers 3.600 sqm in total. Entrance part is distinguished from the house as it sits slightly lower part of the site, has an open parking lot and a tiny storage under a long and light weighted canopy.  Under the inclining wooden roof there is a one and a half storey house block having a combined structure of concrete and wood. Upper and lower level living rooms; front and side terraces create different alternatives for gathering spaces.
